Qpercom Release 7 available

July 31 @ 08:00 - August 31 @ 23:59

We have some exciting news! Release 7 of Qpercom Assessment Platform is now available and comes with some great enhancements and new functionality. And we also have a new Product Updates page to help you more easily track what is coming!

Here is a selection of what is in Release 7 to better support your assessments:

Critical Items Rules

You can now factor critical items into your assessments and determine how they impact outcomes by the number of red flags at assessment and station level.

Previously, flags alerted exam teams to certain item scores but now you can specify how many flags should mean a failed station or failed assessment.

Competencies Number of Fails Rule

Qpercom’s new competencies maximum number of fails (allowed) rule complements other assessment event level rules when finalising outcomes.

You set a pass % for each competency domain you tag in an assessment event and the rule gets applied automatically based on the number of fails you allow.

Bulk Candidate Groups

Qpercom’s new bulk candidate grouping function allows assessment teams to schedule groups much faster than dragging and dropping candidates one by one.

The number of candidates you choose to add will then grab the next candidates from the list. The Groups page has also been improved and you can view your candidate lists on a side panel at all times to work more easily.

Group Assessments

When you have assessments where you want to assess multiple candidates at once, Release 7 has a new Group Assessment station type which facilitates assessment of all candidates in a group.

You can set default scores for the group and when individuals deviate from those, you have control over updating scores and adding comments for individuals before bulk submitting all candidates in one go.

Dashboard Event Calendar

We have added a new dashboard event calendar for Administrators and the new Support Agent role.

The event calendar shows all events a user is assigned to making it easier to find events and jump straight to them to join on the day.

Information & Consent Page Authoring

Release 7 comes with the ability to author as many information and consent pages as required for your assessment events.

These pages are managed by your administrators to be enabled per assessment event and are presented to candidates when they join an event.

New User Roles

2 new roles have been added to Qpercom in Release 7 to facilitate specific jobs within assessment events:

– Support Agent role to troubleshoot candidates and escalate issues

– Clinical Lead role to monitor assigned events and scores

Multi Account Selector

Release 7 comes with improvements in user authentication. Any users that have more than one account associated with their email address will be presented with a multi-account selector. This will faciilate that the appropriate user account can be selected for each login.

Automated Proctoring

Qpercom has added automated proctoring functionality to assist assessment teams monitoring candidates behaviour during assessment events.

Real-time integrity scores are available based on candidates camera, microphone and screen along with an auto-record setting associated with a customisable integrity threshold. Assessors and administrators can log issues they spot and all details are compiled into comprehensive proctoring reports to ensure evidence is available for export immediately.

Evidence Verification Enhancements

Some important improvements have been made to the candidate experience when submitting evidence for verification including email notifications for submissions and the ability to download files from the media bank.

Assessors also benefit from improved intelligent auto-scrolling to relevant questions as well as being able to see a list of candidates that have not yet uploaded their evidence onto Qpercom.
