When treating an injury, it is often necessary to take immediate steps to control bleeding. More detailed diagnostic measures should be left until later. This program will therefore first discuss how to control bleeding, followed by how to dress the wound and how to treat blunt injuries and fractures. The bandaging techniques for each section will be discussed in separate sections.
