Head
Material
- About 30 cm elastic net bandage, unstretched length.
- Bandage scissors.
Procedure
- Tie a small knot in one end of the bandage.
- Use your hands to stretch the bandage out sideways [Figure 75].

- Slide the stretched part of the bandage over the head and neck.
- Use the bandage scissors to cut away a hole for the face [Figure 76].

Finger
Material
- Elastic net bandage, 15 cm long, unstretched.
Procedure
- Place half the elastic net bandage over the finger [Figure 77].

- Twist the other half above the finger tip making one turn [Figure 78].
