How it Works
Video interviews are configured within Qpercom as part of an end-to-end assessment workflow. Candidates complete live or asynchronous interviews through a secure URL, with identity verification and optional proctoring applied as required. Assessors score candidates using structured digital forms aligned to competency frameworks, with outcomes submitted for moderation and approval.
