- Logging out of devices when unattended

We follow a structured archiving and backup procedure for customer data. If any data is lost or damaged, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore it from the most recent backup. We are not responsible for any loss or disclosure of customer data caused by third parties not subcontracted by us.
Collection of Data
Beyond cookies, we only collect limited data (first name, last name, phone number and email address) for those who choose to subscribe to our monthly marketing emails. This data is securely stored on our GDPR-compliant marketing platform Hubspot and CRM OnePageCRM which allows you to delete your data at any time. We prioritise quality assurance. We routinely monitor system performance to ensure optimal functionality of our assessment solutions. These checks are anonymous and do not involve processing of personal data. We assess system metrics like processing speed, memory usage, and connectivity.
We never access assessment data unless explicitly instructed by you, the data controller. When instructed, we use it only for specific tasks such as support or advanced analytics, and never for unrelated purposes.
Cookie Policy
