Qpercom facilitates the delivery of time-constrained, station-based assessments and fully supports multi-assessor, multi-site, and multi-scenario events.

• Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) formats include: Single Best Answer, Multiple Correct Answers, Extended Matching Questions, and Ranked Extended Matching Questions.
• Written formats (scored after the fact) include: Short Answer Questions, Very Short Answer Questions, and Essay Questions.

Running live events can be challenging when managing large numbers of candidates, spanning different time zones, or screening candidates prior to a live event. Qpercom provides a number of asynchronous assessments that candidates can complete within a specified assessment window from their Qpercom dashboard.

• Self-Recorded Assessments: Candidates can submit face-to-camera video submissions on the platform, which can then be scored by assessors whenever their schedules allow.
• Candidate ePortfolio: Candidates are provided with a personal dashboard where they can compile and curate an ePortfolio using their own Media Bank. They can submit portfolio assets to peers, supervisors, or patients for feedback, which is all stored and searchable within their Logbook.

• Second Camera setting so candidates need to scan a QR code to activate the camera on a second device which can be placed in a position where administrators can view candidates participating in an assessment event.
• Record and review proctoring with support for two cameras per candidate when Second Camera is enabled.
• Live monitoring with the ability to connect live one-to-one with candidates at any time.
• Automated proctoring with the ability to view real-time integrity scores based on information from candidates camera, microphone, device and keyboard. Thresholds can be set for integrity scores where recording of activity will automatically commence and assessors and administrators can manually add reports for candidates at any stage. Comprehensive reports are instantly available to backup assessment teams with evidence for candidate activity within an assessment event.
• Safe Exam Browser integration to lock down candidate devices into kiosk mode.
