The All-Ireland Business Foundation has accredited Qpercom Ltd with Best in Class Remote Assessment Provider 2021.

Business All-Star accredited companies are defined as; progressive, indigenous Irish businesses which meet the highest standards of verified performance, trust and customer-centricity. The Accreditation is an independently verified standard mark for indigenous businesses, based on rigorous selection criteria.

The Accreditation is overseen by the prestigious All-Ireland Business Foundation, whose adjudication panel is chaired by Dr Briga Hynes of the Kemmy Business School at the University of Limerick and Kieran Ring, CEO of the Global Institute of Logistics.

The Business All-Star Accreditation expresses the acknowledgement that Qpercom is an established Irish business in remote assessment and recruitment technology.

“We don’t sell software, we sell expertise in decision-making support” says Dr Thomas Kropmans Co-Founder and CEO of Qpercom. He continues, “The fact that our team passed this prestigious Accreditation process using best-in-class standards, analyses, progress decisions and commitment, characterises the team approach we use to serve assessment needs within our international client base. We carry this award with pride and hope to support the educational and recruitment sector in Ireland with our international expertise and accredited approach”.

Responding to Qpercom’s achievement, Kieran Ring, Deputy Chair of the Adjudication Board says, “Qpercom Ltd has Achieved AIBF Best in Class Remote Assessment Provider 2021 Accreditation, in recognition of the company’s outstanding contribution to best practice in remote assessment provision. Qpercom has truly come of age during the COVID-19 Pandemic which has proved to be the catalyst for an upsurge and permanent switch to all things remote. Qpercom are uniquely positioned to enable recruiters in any setting to interview and assess candidates while reducing administration, increasing accuracy & improving validity. Qpercom is truly a digital solution for a digital age”. Dr Hynes said the accreditation, which is now held by over 450 firms, is needed by the thousands of small and medium businesses which operate to their own standards, but have nothing to measure them by. “We evaluate a company’s background, trustworthiness and performance, and we speak to customers, employees and vendors. We also anonymously approach the company as a customer and report back on the experience. The business goes through at least two interviews and is scored on every part of the process against set metrics”, he says.

Qpercom spun-out from the College of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences at the National University of Ireland, Galway in 2008. In the last 11 years, they have become a global leader in assessment and interviewing software, providing bespoke assessment solutions to universities including University College Dublin/St Vincent Hospital, Dundee and St Andrews University, St George University London, and the number 1 ranked university in Asia; the National University of Singapore.
