Observational Assessments

Qpercom supports structured observational assessments, including OSCE-style and station-based formats, by enabling assessors to record observations, score behaviours against predefined criteria, and capture evidence consistently across candidates.

Our Software

Observational assessments evaluate candidates by observing how they perform in realistic, job-relevant scenarios such as simulations, roleplays, and structured exercises. The platform is designed for high-volume, high-stakes assessments with full standardisation, moderation, and auditability.

Evidence Verification

How it Works

Candidates rotate through structured exercises or stations, such as clinical scenarios, policy-based simulations, or service-user interactions. Assessors observe performance using digital scoresheets aligned to competencies, behavioural indicators, and professional standards. Scores and comments are captured directly in the platform, aggregated across assessors and stations, and made available for moderation and governance review.
